Order: A one-time purchase or recurring subscription.

2. Eligibility & Account
You must be 18 years or older to use the Services.
You may create an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
3. Purchases, Pricing & Taxes
Prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and may include or exclude VAT as specified.
We reserve the right to change pricing or promotions at any time.
Payments are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe), which handle your payment data according to their own policies.
Invoices and receipts are provided electronically.
4. Delivery & License to Digital Products
Courses and digital products are delivered immediately after purchase through online access.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for your own use only.
Prohibited: copying, sharing, reselling, sublicensing, public display, sharing download links, scraping, automated downloading, or replicating for competitive purposes.
If a resell or master resell license is sold separately, it will be governed by its own terms. Without such a license, all rights are reserved.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Digital Products)
EU/EEA: Digital content is non-refundable once delivery/access begins with your explicit consent (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
U.S.: Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. We may offer refunds at our sole discretion.
If a satisfaction guarantee is offered, it will be clearly stated on the relevant product page along with requirements to qualify.
6. Memberships & Recurring Payments
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel through your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
7. Earnings & Results Disclaimer (FTC & EU Compliance)
The Services are educational only. No income or performance results are guaranteed.
Any earnings examples, testimonials, or case studies are extraordinary results and should not be considered typical.
U.S. customers: In accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, you acknowledge that success depends on many factors outside our control (effort, market conditions, skills, etc.).
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Break applicable laws in your jurisdiction (EU, U.S., or other),
Distribute viruses or malicious code,
Bypass or reverse-engineer security features,
Mass-scrape or extract Content,
Engage in conduct that harms our reputation or business.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, and materials within the Services are owned by us or our licensors.
